My Favorite Fitness Apps to Use

Truthfully, I’m not the most tech savvy person out there. Weird right? I mean most of my business is done online but when it comes to computer language and all that jazz, my 90-year-old grandma knows more than me.

As time passes, I have found some fitness apps that are user friendly and super informative. Most of you reading this, probably know a lot more than me about technology so you will find it even easier than me.

Aside from technology, fitness is another area that a lot of people struggle with. They tend to quit it all together because it's too frustrating to them if they aren’t getting the results quick enough. The APPs I’m about to share with you will definitely make your life easier. If you're new at Flexible dieting, there’s an app for that. If you're unsure how to do an exercise, I have an app for that.

Here are some of the Apps that I use on the daily.

  1. MyFitnessPal - This is my go-to for anything food related. It's the simplest thing to track and manage all your macros. You can even type in your own recipes and they give you your macros.

  2. BodyBuilding - This is a great app that is filled with so many exercise routines, how to perform them, and what areas they target. I really recommend this for beginners.

  3. Iron Path - It helps you correct your form, improve depth, and velocity. You just film yourself doing the exercise and the app gives you suggestions. This is a great alternative if you don’t have a coach.

  4. Nike Training Club - I use this whenever I had long runs. I haven’t used it in a while since I’m not training for a marathon anymore but it was super helpful when I was. They also have celebrities who come on and talk to you and motivate you.

  5. Calm - This one is great for recovery. It features guided meditations, guided breathing programs, relaxing music, and even adult bedtime stories.
